Live Chat Support - Remote
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused live chat agent. Provide excellent customer service via an online chat platform and email, resolving issues, providing product and service information, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
In response to customer inquiries: To process the customer's inquiry with the online chat system and email, ensure a timely and accurate reply.
Problem solution: Assist customers to solve issues related to services, bills and other services.
Product information: Provide detailed service information.
Document records: accurately record customer interaction information and update the customer record system.
Feedback and improvement: Collect feedback from customers and provide advice to improve service processes and products.
