IT Executive
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive IT Executive to join our team. This remote position involves managing IT systems, supporting users, and ensuring the smooth operation of technology infrastructure.
System Management: Oversee and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to end-users.
System Upgrades: Manage and implement system upgrades, patches, and security updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
Network Administration: Monitor and manage network performance, including setting up and maintaining VPNs, firewalls, and other security measures.
Software Management: Install, configure, and update software applications, ensuring compatibility and licensing compliance.
Data Backup: Implement and manage data backup and recovery solutions to protect against data loss and ensure business continuity.
Security Management: Enforce IT security policies and procedures, including user access control and data protection measures.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, procedures, and user issues to support troubleshooting and compliance.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with IT vendors and service providers to resolve issues, procure equipment, and manage contracts.
User Training: Provide training and guidance to users on IT best practices, software applications, and new technologies.

Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as an IT Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and security.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Knowledge of network protocols, security measures, and data backup solutions.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for providing support and interacting with team members and vendors.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing technologies and requirements.
Reliability: Reliable internet connection and a suitable space at home for conducting IT work.
