As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and memorable.

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.

  • Assist customers in navigating the website, locating products, and placing orders.

  • Handle customer complaints and concerns, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions in a timely manner.

  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures.

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as shipping and inventory, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
