As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and memorable.
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
Assist customers in navigating the website, locating products, and placing orders.
Handle customer complaints and concerns, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions in a timely manner.
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
Collaborate with other departments, such as shipping and inventory, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
